So much thought and care has gone into making Sashwa what it is. We felt nourished, nurtured and inspired. The vegan food was absolutely delicious. Practicing yoga right on the banks of the Olifants River was a dream come true. The peace and quiet within the camp was an absolute privilege. I highly recommend this special African experience.

If you want to escape to gentle serenity and luxury comforts, Sashwa River of Stars ticks all the boxes. Genuinely friendly staff, excellent service, delicious plant based meals, fascinating bush walks and game drives, and excellent yoga and meditation options. Top of my list for a soul safari. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

Sashwa is truly a retreat from the moment you walk in you the energy of rest and relaxation. The spa, the meditation room, and sunrise yoga was the perfect reset. Such an ideal place to recharge you batteries, the food was vegan and so tastey. Highly recommend this I will be back.
